Return & Exchange Policy
At Asanå Home, we want you to love your candles as much as we do! While we carefully inspect each order before shipping, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
If your item arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to offer a replacement or exchange. Simply email us at Asanacandle@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
While we cannot accept returns on used candles, you may exchange an unused item for another candle of equal value. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
